B58 Charge Pipe Injection (CPI) Kit with 950cc Injector

The Fuel-It B58 CHARGE PIPE INJECTION (CPI) KIT is engineered to overcome the fuel volume limitations of the high-pressure fuel pump in boosted B58 engines, especially when running higher boost targets or E85 fuel mixtures. When the stock fuel pump struggles to keep up, it can lead to fuel pressure drops, causing engine misfires and limiting performance. This CPI kit introduces an additional, seventh fuel injector directly into the chargepipe to supplement fuel delivery. By connecting to the low fuel pressure system with plug-and-play AN lines and included fittings, this kit injects extra fuel into the engine, effectively raising the overall fueling limit. The basic kit includes a 950cc injector with a 1/8" NPT mount, an exclusive Cam-Loc 5/16" fuel line adapter, a billet adapter with 1/8" NPT bungs, a -4AN (1/4") fuel line, injector harness, installation tool, accessories, hose clamps, and couplers. A CNC-machined coupler is included for straightforward installation, compatible with the factory chargepipe. Control of the CPI kit requires a separate injection controller. Options include the JB4 FSB controller (for JB4 users), the BMS port injection controller, or the Split Second universal controller (for flash-only setups). The JB4 offers free firmware updates for CPI control, while the Split Second controller comes with a pre-programmed base fuel map that can be adjusted. This system is PWM controlled and must be programmed; it cannot be used without a secondary injector controller. The kit is compatible with methanol, ethanol, E85, race gas, and pump gas.
