The HPS Performance Charge Pipe Kit is an aftermarket upgrade designed for B58 powered engines. This kit replaces the stock plastic charge pipe, which is prone to cracking or splitting.

Constructed with 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, the charge pipe aims to maximize performance. It features a high-pressure and high-temperature resistant 3-ply reinforced silicone coupler and stainless steel hose clamps for a secure, leak-free seal. The kit includes a billet aluminum quick connect adapter for streamlined installation.

The HPS Performance Charge Pipe Kit (part number 17-159) is engineered to replace the stock charge pipe found in B58-powered BMW engines, addressing the common issue of the factory plastic piping cracking or splitting under pressure. Constructed from 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, this charge pipe is designed to optimize airflow and maximize performance. It utilizes a 3-ply reinforced silicone coupler that is resistant to high pressure and temperature, ensuring durability even under harsh operating conditions. Industrial-grade, stainless steel embossed hose clamps are included to provide a secure, leak-free seal. The kit features a billet aluminum quick connect adapter to streamline the process and includes a 1/8" NPT bung for potential future upgrades. Notably, this charge pipe does not require a re-tune and is designed not to trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL). This charge pipe kit is specifically designed for the 2020-2023 BMW 540i G30 with the 3.0L Turbo B58 engine. It is also compatible with various other BMW models including the 740i (2020-2022), X6 40i (2020-2023), and M440i/M340i/X3 M40i/X4 M40i/X5 40i/X7 40i (2020-2024). It is also compatible with the 2020-2024 Toyota GR Supra. The product comes with digital installation instructions and is backed by a 2-year warranty.
