It can be used independently with the stock PCV system or in conjunction with aftermarket catch cans for maximum crankcase pressure relief. The breather is constructed from durable 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with a black anodized finish. Fitment is for B58 engines utilizing the most common oil fill cap design. It is crucial to verify your specific oil cap type, as Gen-1 B58 engines use a 2-prong style, while B58 TU engines feature a snap-in style with grooves. The breather measures approximately 2.5 inches in height from the valve cover oil cap area, with a filter diameter of 2-3/4 inches. Buyers should be aware that hood clearance can vary among B58 models, and Vargas Turbo Technologies cannot guarantee fitment on all untested applications.
