Overview

The VRSF B58 Downpipe is a high-flow exhaust component designed to replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter. It is constructed from hand-crafted, tig-welded SS304 grade stainless steel with a 4.5" diameter and a CNC-machined flange for a smooth transition. This downpipe is available in both catless and high-flow catted configurations, the latter featuring a 200-cell count.

The VRSF B58 Downpipe Upgrade offers a significant performance enhancement for your BMW's B58 engine. This downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter, reducing back pressure and leading to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note. It is constructed from hand-crafted, tig-welded SS304 grade stainless steel, featuring a full 4.5" diameter and a CNC-machined flange for optimal flow. Available in either a catless version or with a high-flow 200-cell catalytic converter, this downpipe is designed to fit seamlessly with both stock and aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. Its smooth radius bends further contribute to decreased turbulence and increased flow efficiency. The product fits both Left-Hand Drive (LHD) and Right-Hand Drive (RHD) models without requiring any modifications. Installation of this downpipe is compatible with the following BMW models: 2016+ F22/F23 M240i & M240i xDrive, 2016+ F30/F31 340i & 340i xDrive, 2016+ F32/F33/F36 440i & 440i xDrive, 2016+ G30 540i & 540i xDrive, and 2016+ G11/G12 740i & 740i xDrive. VRSF provides a lifetime warranty for the race (catless) versions and a one-year warranty for the high-flow catted versions. A tune is recommended to achieve the stated performance gains of 25-30hp.
