B58 Downpipe Upgrade

The VRSF B58 Downpipe Upgrade is a performance-enhancing exhaust modification designed for B58 engine variants in various BMW models. This downpipe is presented as the "best bang for the buck mod" for these vehicles, aiming to improve performance by reducing exhaust back pressure. Constructed from hand-crafted, tig-welded 4.5" SS304 grade stainless steel, the downpipe features a CNC 304 grade stainless steel flange for a smooth transition from the turbo to the mid-pipes. It is available in two configurations: a "Track Limited Racing Downpipes" (catless) or a "High Flow Catted Downpipe" that incorporates a 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter. Both options are designed with smooth radius bends to minimize turbulence and maximize flow. It is compatible with the stock catback exhaust system as well as aftermarket catbacks. A tune is recommended to take full advantage of the installed downpipe, with gains estimated between 25-30hp with a tune. VRSF offers a lifetime warranty on the race versions of the downpipe and a one-year warranty on the high-flow catted version. The downpipe fits a wide range of BMW models including the 2016-2022 M240i/M240i xDrive (F22/F23), 2016-2022 340i/340i xDrive (F30/F31), 2016-2022 440i/440i xDrive (F32/F33/F36), 2016-2022 540i/540i xDrive (G30), 2016-2022 640i/640i xDrive GT (G32), 2016-2022 740i/740i xDrive (G11/G12), and 2018-2022 840i/840i xDrive (G14/G15).
