B58 GC-Series Turbocharger

The Vargas Turbo Technologies B58 GC-Series turbocharger is a high-performance upgrade designed to remove airflow bottlenecks found in the factory B58 turbo system. This design supports factory-like spool while enabling increased power potential. Installation is simplified through a direct-fit design that retains all factory connections for oil, water, charge pipes, and downpipes. The GC model is supplied as a Super Core, plugging directly into the factory exhaust housing. Please note that this system removes the factory PTC heater, which may trigger a shadow code on scan tools; this does not typically cause a check engine light but can be coded out. Compatibility note: This unit is not compatible with 2-port cylinder heads found on some B58 engines. While the GC inlet tube fits the stock airbox and many aftermarket intakes, certain intake systems, such as Injen, may require slight modification or the use of a VTT MAF housing and filter. For maximum performance, fuel system upgrades, tuning, an upgraded intercooler, and a new downpipe are recommended.
