B58 Gen 1 F Chassis Turbo Kit

The DOC Race B58 Gen 1 F Chassis Turbo Kit is a comprehensive top-mount turbo system engineered for F-chassis BMWs equipped with the B58 engine. Constructed with a durable tubular stainless steel manifold, the kit includes a 3.5-inch stainless steel downpipe with a v-band clamp and wastegate dump tubes. Essential lines for oil feed, oil drain, and coolant bypass are provided in stainless steel, alongside a valve cover vent filter and boost caps. The kit comes with Turbosmart 40mm wastegates and all necessary studs, nuts, and hardware for installation. Two charge pipes are included, connecting the turbo to the throttle body. Buyers can choose between two runner sizes for the manifold: the standard 1.25-inch Schedule 40, known for its performance capabilities up to 1200hp and featuring an investment cast collector, or the larger 1.5-inch Schedule 40, designed to minimize exhaust back pressure for maximum performance extraction. Exhaust components are supplied in a polished finish, with an optional ceramic coating available. It is the user's responsibility to properly route the vacuum tubing for the wastegates to prevent melting, which could lead to overboost or underboost conditions. Kits are built to order, with an approximate shipping time of four weeks.
