B58 Gen 1 F Series Chassis Turbo Kit

The DOCRace B58 Gen 1 F Series Chassis Turbo Kit is a comprehensive top-mount turbo system engineered for BMW vehicles equipped with the B58 engine. The kit comes complete with essential components for turbocharger operation, including two Turbosmart 40mm wastegates with associated dump tubes, and dual charge pipes connecting the turbo to the throttle body. To ensure proper lubrication and cooling, stainless steel oil drain and feed lines, along with a coolant bypass line, are provided. The package also includes silicone couplers and clamps, a T4 gasket, turbo studs and nuts, an exhaust v-band clamp, a 4-inch turbo screen, a heat shield, and a valve cover vent filter. Customers can select from various turbocharger options, including different models from PTE and Comp, or opt to supply their own turbo. Additionally, the kit is available with two runner size options: 1.25-inch Schedule 40, known for supporting over 1200hp with a high-flow investment cast collector, or a larger 1.5-inch Schedule 40 for reduced exhaust back pressure and maximum performance potential. All exhaust components come standard in a polished finish, with an option for ceramic coating. Attempting to adapt it to other turbo models will result in fitment issues. The manufacturer advises that routing of the wastegate vacuum tubing is the responsibility of the installer to prevent melting, which could lead to improper boost control.
