B58 Gen 1 Turbo Kit

The DOC Race B58 Gen 1 BMW F Series Chassis Turbo Kit is a top-mount turbo system designed to enhance the performance of your F-series BMW with the B58 engine. This kit features a robust tubular stainless steel manifold, available in either 1.25” or 1.5” Schedule 40 runner sizes, with the latter designed for reduced exhaust back pressure for maximum performance. The kit includes two Turbosmart 40mm wastegates and a 3.5” stainless steel downpipe, along with stainless steel charge pipes connecting the turbo to the throttle body. Included in the comprehensive kit are stainless steel oil feed and drain lines, a stainless steel coolant bypass line, a T4 gasket, turbo studs and nuts, an exhaust v-band clamp, a 4” turbo screen, and a heat shield. For wastegate routing, 1/4” nylon tubing and fittings are provided, along with a valve cover vent filter and 3/4” boost caps. The kit is built to order and typically ships within 4 weeks. Customers have the option to select their preferred turbocharger from a range of PTE models, including various Gen2 and Next Gen ball-bearing options, or supply their own turbo. The runner size selection influences the manifold's performance characteristics, with the 1.25” size being industry standard and capable of supporting over 1200hp, while the 1.5” runners offer a larger diameter for potentially greater flow. All exhaust components come standard in a polished finish, with an option for ceramic coating.
