B58 Gen1 DS25 HPFP Upgrade

The Dorch B58 Gen1 DS25 HPFP Upgrade represents the next generation of high-pressure fuel pumps, completely redesigned for optimal performance and reliability in B58 Gen1 engines. This Stage 2.5 pump boasts an optimized design with updated external packaging that provides exact OEM hose routing, eliminating interference with coil packs and spark plugs for a true plug-and-play installation. Internally, improvements to the pressure chamber, spring rates, plunger depth, and overall volumetric efficiency result in a pump that is both more reliable and offers higher flow than previous generations. The DS25 is engineered to efficiently operate up to 250 bar, maximizing the flow potential of upgraded direct-injection injectors. The pump upgrade offers significant flow capacity increases, supporting up to 750whp on gasoline, 650whp on E50, and 550whp on E85 in its standard configuration. With the optional 40% Cam Upgrade, these figures increase dramatically to 1000whp on gasoline, 880whp on E50, and 770whp on E85, all while maintaining the 250 bar operating pressure. Software changes are required to run this pump. Compatible tuning solutions include Bootmod3, MHD, and MG Flasher, where the pump upgrade can be selected during flashing. For other tuning platforms, users must send their .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for software implementation via WinOLS. The kit includes the HPFP with hardware, a Dorch High Pressure Line, a PTFE Low Pressure Line, a Low Pressure Hose Bracket, and a Plug and Play Adapter Harness.
