B58 Gen1 DS25 HPFP Upgrade

The Dorch Engineering B58 Gen1 DS25 HPFP Upgrade is a direct replacement for your vehicle's high-pressure fuel pump, offering enhanced performance and reliability. Engineered as a "Stage 2.5" pump, it has been completely redesigned from the ground up. The external packaging is updated for precise OEM hose routing, eliminating interference when accessing coil packs or spark plugs, and it installs with full DME control like the factory component. Internally, the DS25 features a re-worked pressure chamber, optimized spring rates, adjusted plunger depth, and a significant increase in volumetric efficiency. This results in the most reliable and highest-flowing B58 pump available on the market, capable of efficiently operating up to 250 bar to maximize the potential of upgraded Direct Injection injectors. The pump supports 750whp on gasoline and 550whp on E85. Software modifications are necessary to utilize this pump.
