The VRSF B58 High Flow Catted Downpipe is a performance exhaust component designed for BMW B58 engine variants. It features a full 4.5" 304-grade stainless steel construction with a CNC 304-grade stainless steel flange for a smooth transition from the turbo. This downpipe includes a 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter to reduce back pressure, leading to faster spool and increased power.

This downpipe is compatible with both Right-Hand Drive (RHD) and Left-Hand Drive (LHD) models without requiring modification. The manufacturer claims power gains of 25-30hp when paired with a tune.

The VRSF B58 High Flow Catted Downpipe is engineered to significantly reduce back pressure by replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a high-flow 200-cell unit. This upgrade promotes faster turbo spool, a notable increase in horsepower, and a more aggressive exhaust note. Constructed from hand-crafted, tig-welded 4.5" SS304 grade stainless steel, it features a CNC-machined 304-grade stainless steel flange for a seamless connection. It integrates with both stock and aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. The manufacturer estimates power gains of 25-30hp when used in conjunction with an ECU tune. Warranty details vary by configuration: the race versions come with a lifetime warranty, while the high-flow catted versions are covered by a one-year limited warranty. It is important to note that this product is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per California Air Resources Board regulations. A Prop 65 Warning also applies. This downpipe is specifically designed for the following BMW models with the B58 3.0L engine: F22/F23 M240i and M240i xDrive (2016-2022), F30/F31 340i and 340i xDrive (2016-2022), F32/F33/F36 440i and 440i xDrive (2016-2022), G30 540i and 540i xDrive (2016-2022), G32 640i and 640i xDrive (2016-2022), G11/G12 740i and 740i xDrive (2018-2022), and G14/G15 840i and 840i xDrive.
