Overview

It replaces the restrictive factory downpipe and is constructed from T304 stainless steel with hand TIG welded, back-purged seams for durability. This downpipe features a high-flow 200-cell catalytic converter and has a 4.5-inch diameter that reduces to 3.15 inches (80mm) to mate with factory or aftermarket exhaust systems.

The CTS Turbo High-Flow Catted Downpipe is engineered to unleash the performance potential of your BMW's B58 engine. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel, the downpipe features robust TIG welded, back-purged seams for exceptional durability and longevity. Its 4.5-inch diameter and integrated high-flow 200-cell catalytic converter are optimized for performance while maintaining emissions compliance. This downpipe is compatible with both Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) and xDrive all-wheel-drive configurations across multiple BMW models, including the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 Series equipped with the B58 engine. Specific applications include the 2016-2019 BMW 340i, 440i, 540i, 740i, M140i, and M240i. Please note that due to the nature of downpipe modifications, proper tuning software is required to prevent a Check Engine Light (CEL) from illuminating.
