The Dorch Engineering BMW B58 Stage 2 High-Pressure Fuel Pump is an upgraded fuel pump engineered to support up to 700 wheel horsepower (WHP) from the BMW B58 engine. This kit provides a complete plug-and-play solution, dropping in like an OEM fuel pump while retaining full control and safety features from the stock DME. The pump operates at 350 bar and has a fuel flow of 1.558 cc/rev, with specific flow capacities for gasoline (850whp), E50 (720whp), and E85 (620whp). Software changes are required for this pump. If using Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher, a simple checkbox selection is needed during the flashing process. For other tuning solutions, the .BIN file can be sent to Dorch Engineering for the necessary software adjustments at no additional charge. Installation requires no cutting, bending, or crimping. Compatibility is limited to models up to the 2019 model year. This kit is explicitly NOT compatible with 2020+ B58 vehicles. Specific compatible models include the BMW F20/21 M140i (2016-2019), F22/23 M240i (2016-2019), F30/31/34 340i (2016-2019), F32/33/36 440i (2016-2019), G30/31 540i (up to 2019), G32 640i (up to 2019), G11/12 740i (up to 2019), G01 X3 M40i (up to 2019), and G02 X4 M40i (up to 2019).
