The CSF Inc. B58 Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer is an upgrade for the CSF Super Manifold designed for the B58 platform. It is constructed from KIYLEX, a patented high-performance polymer that is as strong as aluminum and can withstand high temperatures. This spacer acts as a thermal barrier, insulating the intake manifold from the cylinder head to reduce conductive heat transfer.

The CSF Inc. B58 Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer is engineered as an upgrade for the CSF Super Manifold on B58-platform engines. Constructed from KIYLEX, a patented high-performance polymer, this component offers the strength of aluminum and can withstand temperatures up to 1100°F. Its primary function is to insulate the intake manifold from conductive heat transfer originating from the cylinder head. This thermal barrier effectively reduces manifold temperatures, leading to lower intake air temperatures (IATs), improved charge air cooler efficiency, and mitigation of heat soak. The spacer has a height of 6.5mm and is designed to be self-sealing, eliminating the need for gaskets, silicone, or other sealing agents. It has been competition-tested on 1000+ HP A90 Supras. Installation hardware and instructions are included. This spacer is highly recommended for drag and roll racing applications where vehicles often experience prolonged periods in staging lanes. It is crucial to note that this spacer will NOT work on the OEM intake manifold.
