Description

The CTS Turbo turbo heat shield is engineered for B58 platform vehicles, including BMW F-Series and G-Series models, as well as the Toyota Supra A91 (6 port). Its primary function is to reduce heat soak, which in turn helps to lower intake air temperatures (IATs). By doing so, it also protects adjacent components from the intense heat generated by the turbocharger, preserving their integrity and function. The heat shield features optimized thermal management and precision fitment for the B58 turbo engine. Its durable construction ensures long-lasting heat resistance. The design is a direct bolt-on, with all necessary hardware included for an easy installation, requiring no modifications. This heat shield is compatible with both stock and hybrid turbos and fits Gen 1 and Gen 2 6-port B58 engines. Vehicle fitment includes BMW F-Series B58 (M140i, M240i, 340i, 440i), BMW G-Series B58 (M340i, M440i, Z4 M40i), and the Toyota Supra A91 (6 port).
