B6A VR30 Port Injection Kit

The Boosted 6 Autowerks B6A VR30 Port Injection Kit is a fully engineered, in-house developed fueling system designed to overcome the inherent limitations of the VR30 platform's direct injection (DI). As power demands increase, the factory DI system becomes a bottleneck due to fuel pressure ceilings, injector duty cycle limits, and heat-related knock. This kit introduces port injection to remove these constraints, allowing the VR30 to scale safely, consistently, and predictably. Port injection fundamentally alters how the VR30 is fueled by delivering fuel upstream of the intake valves. This results in improved cylinder and intake charge cooling under boost, substantially increased knock resistance, and greater power potential with safer, more stable combustion. Even on stock turbo cars, offloading some fueling to the port injectors reduces in-cylinder temperatures and combustion pressure spikes, allowing for more stable lambda control and smoother torque delivery. The system also offers continuous cleaning of intake valves and elimination of carbon buildup. A key feature of this kit is its integrated flex fuel capability, which includes a full flex fuel system with an ethanol content sensor and filtration. This allows the ECU to automatically adjust fueling and ignition based on real-time ethanol content, eliminating the need for manual blend calculations and ensuring consistent performance regardless of fuel variability. This is built directly into the system, offering seamless transitions between pump gas and high ethanol blends like E85. The kit is designed as a true plug-and-play solution, including everything required for installation without the need for custom fabrication or additional sourcing. Components include a CNC machined billet port injection manifold, fuel rails, Injector Dynamics injectors, AN fittings and lines, a dedicated wiring harness, and a Motiv Reflex + Controller with a fuel pressure sensor. This kit is compatible with VR30DDTT equipped Infiniti Q50 and Q60 vehicles, making it ideal for stock turbo cars seeking safer power, E85 builds, big turbo setups, and drag racing applications.
