The KMD Tuning 079906036D-SET is a set of four (4) OEM B7 RS4 fuel injectors, also referenced by OE part number 079906036D. These injectors are primarily used for upgrading the fuel systems of VW and Audi FSI engines, offering a cost-effective solution for 2.0T FSI big turbo setups. Tested to support over 500 wheel horsepower (whp), these injectors are often utilized with popular big turbo software from brands like Unitronic, Eurodyne, and Revo. This product is designed as a high-performance upgrade for fueling needs. The injectors are noted to be a direct replacement for the factory RS4 B7 and R8 V8 4.2L models, and are also compatible with various Volkswagen models including the Passat B6 (2006-2011), Golf R, GTI, and Jetta, as well as Audi A3 (8P chassis, 2.0T FSI), A4, R8, RS4, TT, and TTS. It's important to note that these specific injectors are no longer manufactured by Hitachi or Audi, making remaining sets finite. To ensure proper operation with these upgraded injectors, an upgraded fuel pump is required. Additionally, upgraded ECU programming is necessary to manage the increased fuel flow. Buyers should order one set for a 4-cylinder engine and two sets for a V8 engine.
