The Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorbers are specifically designed for trucks and SUVs equipped with a front OE coilover suspension system. These monotube shock absorbers offer a significant upgrade for both on- and off-road handling. The body features multiple snap-ring grooves, allowing for precise adjustment of the front lift height, ranging from 0 to 3 inches using the factory coil springs, depending on the specific application. Engineered with a 46mm digressive piston and a self-adjusting deflective disc valve setting, the B8 5100 series shocks enhance wheel travel and overall vehicle control. This series is the most straightforward solution for leveling the front of your vehicle to match the rear stance. The durable construction includes a corrosion-resistant zinc-plated finish, providing reliable protection against harsh environments, wet climates, and salty roads. Each shock absorber is nitrogen gas charged to ensure optimal performance even under demanding conditions. The package includes all necessary washers, bushings, and nuts for installation, utilizing factory shock mounting bolts.
