The Bilstein B8 5100 series adjustable height struts are engineered to level your vehicle while providing a significant upgrade for both on-road and off-road performance. Utilizing your factory coil springs, these shocks offer adjustable height settings for a customized stance. The monotube internal design ensures consistent, fade-free performance, and the self-adjusting digressive piston enhances road handling by reducing body roll and nose dive. Constructed with a high-pressure nitrogen gas charge for optimal performance in demanding conditions, these shocks also boast a corrosion-resistant zinc plate finish, making them durable in harsh environments, wet climates, or areas with salty roads. All necessary washers, bushings, and nuts are included for a straightforward installation, although factory shock mounting bolts are reused. The extended length is 22.56 inches, and the compressed length is 17.03 inches, with a travel of 5.53 inches. This front shock absorber is compatible with various Toyota and Lexus models, including the GX470 (2003-2009), 4Runner (2003-2009), FJ Cruiser (2007-2009), and Tacoma (2005-2015, including 4WD models). The adjustable lift range for these applications is 0-2.5 inches. Bilstein offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on these shocks, protecting against defects in workmanship and materials for the original purchaser.
