The Bilstein B8 6112/5160 Assembled Coilover Lift Kit is designed for serious off-road performance and daily comfort. This kit combines pre-assembled front 6112 coilovers with Bilstein 5160 remote reservoir rear shocks for improved ride quality, handling, and suspension control.

The front Bilstein 6112s feature a large 60mm digressive piston and adjustable snap-ring grooves for up to 2” of lift. These coilovers come pre-assembled with springs and top mounts for an easy bolt-on upgrade. The rear Bilstein 5160 remote reservoir shocks offer increased oil capacity and cooling for consistent performance, supporting 0–1.5” of lift.

The Bilstein B8 6112 0-2″ Front and 0-1.5″ Rear 5160 Lift Kit is engineered to enhance the off-road and on-road performance of 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma models. At the front, the B8 6112 series utilizes a 60mm digressive piston for superior damping control and features adjustable spring seats with multiple snap-ring grooves. This allows for a customizable front lift ranging from 0 to 2.75 inches, depending on the application, accommodating larger tires and increasing ground clearance. The kit includes two 60mm shock absorbers, two custom-matched cold-wound coil springs, and two billet aluminum spring seats. Complementing the front setup, the B8 5160 remote reservoir rear shocks are designed as a direct-fit solution for lifted trucks. Their monotube construction ensures consistent, fade-free performance, while the remote reservoir significantly boosts cooling capacity and allows for increased wheel travel. These shocks feature a 46mm digressive piston with velocity-sensitive valve settings, specifically tuned for optimal performance in harsh off-road environments. A unique 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting facilitates a clean installation. The rear shocks may be too short if paired with a Dakar leaf pack. Sway bar relocation brackets are not included.
