The CTS Turbo B8/B8.5 A4/A5/AllRoad 1.8T/2.0T TFSI Direct Fit Intercooler is a front-mount intercooler designed for improved performance on the Audi B8/B8.5 platform. This intercooler features a high-density bar and plate construction with internal fins for smooth airflow and minimal pressure drop. The cast aluminum end tanks and high-flow silicon hoses ensure a durable, boost-leak-free connection. It is designed to provide a large improvement over the factory intercooler for vehicles at stock boost levels up through Stage 1-2 and Big Turbo applications.

The CTS Turbo B8/B8.5 A4/A5/AllRoad 1.8T/2.0T TFSI Direct Fit Intercooler is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock front-mounted intercooler on Audi's B8 and B8.5 A4, A5, and Allroad models equipped with the 1.8T or 2.0T TFSI engine. The OEM intercoolers on these platforms are known to struggle with heat dissipation, leading to reduced performance, especially in modified vehicles. This CTS Turbo intercooler upgrade addresses that limitation with a significantly larger, high-density bar and plate core, almost double the size of the stock unit. Despite its increased capacity, internal air-directing fins ensure smooth airflow and a minimal pressure drop of only 1-2 psi. It seamlessly integrates with factory turbochargers, as well as K04 and BOSS turbo kits, and is compatible with stock-sized turbo outlet fittings. The intercooler utilizes the latest 3D scanning technology for precise fitment. This direct-fit intercooler is compatible with the Audi A4 1.8/2.0 TFSI from 2009-2016, Audi A5 1.8/2.0 TFSI from 2009-2016, Audi A4 Allroad 2.0 TFSI from 2009-2016, and Audi A5 Sportback 2.0 TFSI from 2009-2016. Note that vehicles equipped with Audi Drive Select (ADS) may require an additional oil cooler or relocation kit, which is visible through the top right corner of the grille. It is recommended to check your vehicle's configuration before ordering if it features Dynamic Steering and Dynamic Suspension.
