B8/B8.5 S4/S5 3.0T Air-to-Water Heat Exchanger

The CTS B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5 Air-to-Water Heat Exchanger (Intercooler) Upgrade is designed to significantly improve the performance of your supercharged 3.0T engine by combating heat soak. This upgrade replaces the restrictive factory cooler, a crucial step for any modified V6 supercharged S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 3.0TFSI. It is strongly recommended for vehicles running stage 2 and higher tunes, as it effectively reduces intake air temperatures by an average of 10-12F and helps maintain consistent power output even under extreme conditions. The unit features an efficient, lightweight construction with a triple-pass core, eliminating the need for an additional coolant pump. It is engineered using the latest 3D scanning technology to ensure an easy installation and a perfect fit. The kit includes the heat exchanger itself (measuring 24″ x 17″ x 2.5″), along with all necessary brackets, hardware, coolant hose, hose connectors, and hose clamps. It also features a convenient drain plug and bleed port to ensure no air is trapped while adding coolant.
