The Bilstein B8 Performance Plus shock absorber is engineered as a performance upgrade, ideal for vehicles with a lowered stance. It features Bilstein's renowned monotube gas pressure technology, delivering a sporty ride characterized by remarkable comfort. The larger piston area and quality manufacturing ensure extremely responsive valving, eliminating dead spots and providing consistent, fade-free damping for superior performance and handling. This leads to shorter braking distances and a more connected feel to the road. These shocks are constructed from the highest quality materials, contributing to reduced valve fatigue. This means they are built to last significantly longer than standard stock replacement components. The B8 Performance Plus series is specifically designed to work with lowering spring sets and production sport suspensions, making it a direct enhancement for cars already modified for a lower ride height. This shock absorber fits a range of BMW models, including the 335i, 328i, and others within the F2x and F3x chassis designations. It is crucial to note that these shocks are intended for vehicles equipped with M Sports suspension (S704A) or compatible lowering springs.
