The CTS Turbo B9/B9.5 Audi SQ5 3.0T Upgraded Intercooler is engineered to significantly improve performance by replacing the OEM intercoolers, which are known to deliver underwhelming results on this platform. This upgraded unit offers a substantial performance improvement for vehicles ranging from stock boost levels up through Stage 1-2 and Big Turbo applications. Constructed with efficient bar and plate technology and internal air-directing fins, this intercooler minimizes pressure drop while ensuring smooth airflow. It boasts a core nearly twice the size of the stock unit and has been subjected to extensive quality control and pressure testing up to 50psi. The cast aluminum end tanks are designed using the latest 3D scanning technology for a seamless, boost-leak-free fitment with factory hoses. This intercooler is rated for power levels exceeding 600HP and maintains factory mounting points with no trimming required. Fitment is specific to the B9/B9.5 Audi SQ5 3.0T models from 2018-2023. Importantly, this intercooler does not fit models equipped with an active aerodynamic grill.
