Backcountry 2.0 System 2" Front Lift Kit

The Carli Suspension 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty Backcountry 2.0 System is engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for your F250/F350 4x4 GAS truck. This system aims to provide a superior ride quality for daily driving, highway cruising, and towing, while also enabling confident driving on gravel roads and moderate off-road trails. The kit includes Carli SPEC 2.0" remote reservoir shocks, featuring a durable 6063 aluminum body, anodized for corrosion resistance, and a 5/8" hardened steel chrome-plated shaft. The system also incorporates lighter-rate Carli Coil Springs for a 2.0" front lift, an adjustable track bar to precisely center the front axle, and stainless steel brake lines to accommodate increased travel and provide firmer braking. Additionally, 2° caster shims are included to improve steering stability. Carli offers options for rear suspension enhancement, including a Full Progressive Spring Pack that reduces capacity to a "light" ¾-ton, or a Progressive Add-a-Pack which maintains factory payload capacity. The Full Replacement Leaf Spring packs are recommended, especially for F350 models with their stiffer factory springs, and will shift the axle slightly forward to accommodate up to 37" M/T tires at full compression. For those using airbags, a system that allows for disconnection during suspension cycling is recommended to maximize travel. Regarding wheel and tire fitment, it is advised not to use factory wheels with oversized tires due to potential rubbing. Factory tires and wheels will work without issue. For this 2.5" Ford System, 17"-18" wheels, no wider than 9" with 5.5" of backspacing (with Carli Fabricated Radius Arms) or 5" backspace (with factory arms, requiring trimming), are recommended. 37x12.5" tires may fit with some trimming, while 35" tires are likely to fit without it.
