Description

The Velvac Speaker Style Back-up Alarm is an 87-decibel alarm designed for durability and easy installation. It features epoxy encapsulation to protect against job site environments and allows for steam cleaning and pressure washing. The housing is made of high-impact, glass-filled nylon, meeting SAE J994 and UL flame test requirements.

This alarm includes a reverse polarity system for protection against lead reversal. It has a polyethylimide (PEI) speaker cone and meets SAE temperature requirements from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. The multi-stranded speaker wires are used for increased longevity.
