The Baer Brakes 12″ SS4 Rear Brake Kit (Part #4402000FR) is a high-performance rear axle upgrade designed for Jeep Wrangler JK (2007–2017), Wrangler JL (2018–2025), and Gladiator JT (2020–2025) models equipped with OE rear ends. This kit features S4 4-piston floating calipers, CNC-machined from US-sourced forged or billet aluminum with a Fire Red powder-coated finish. The calipers include hard anodized aluminum pistons, stainless steel abutments, and noise suppression clips, sealed to meet D.O.T. requirements for dust and weather protection. The kit utilizes 12.4-inch (12.440-inch) 1-piece, vented, slotted, drilled, and zinc-plated rear rotors for superior heat dissipation and brake performance.
