This Extreme Brake System Rear (part number 4302135FR) is designed for 2005-2014 GM 1500 Trucks with OE Rear Drum Brakes, converting them to disc brakes. The kit features a 1-piece monoblock, 6-piston, 6S caliper manufactured in Phoenix, AZ, from CNC machined US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging with a powder-coated Fire Red finish. The calipers have stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips, along with staggered pistons to minimize uneven pad wear and dual seals (dust/weather & pressure). The kit includes a 1-piece slotted, drilled, zinc-plated rotor with a billet aluminum hat. It is designed for performance applications and includes a park brake feature (cables not included; customers must purchase OE replacement cables from GM, with 2004 model year cables recommended). Cab style, bed length, and 2WD/4WD will need to be specified for proper installation. This product carries a California Proposition 65 warning.
