This Baer Pro+ Rear 5-Lug Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors and Hugger Orange Calipers is designed to significantly enhance braking performance for Ford Mustangs. This system delivers powerful, consistent stopping power ideal for both street and performance driving, improving safety and control. The kit features 6-piston, 6P calipers mounted to a 14-inch, 2-piece slot, drill, zinc-plated rotors. The calipers are crafted from forged or billet aluminum, CNC machined for precision and durability, and feature a powder-coated Hugger Orange finish. The 2-piece rotors are vented, slotted, and drilled with zinc plating, paired with billet aluminum hats for reduced weight and increased rigidity. Installation is straightforward, designed to fit the OE Ford 8.8-inch c-clip rear end with 5 lug axles, and requires no drilling. A master cylinder upgrade is recommended for optimal performance. Stainless braided hoses and hardware, along with a modern 1-piece park brake shoe assembly, are included.
