Baffled Oil Catch Can

The Damond Motorsports Stage 1 Oil Catch Can kit is engineered to maintain a clean intake system, particularly crucial when modifying a vehicle for higher power levels. As more power is generated, oil vapor and blow-by from the crankcase can contaminate the intake tract. This catch can system intercepts these contaminants, preventing them from entering the engine. The kit comes with all necessary components for a straightforward installation, including pre-cut, oil and vacuum-resistant hoses, a location-specific bracket, mounting hardware, slim stainless steel hose clamps, and zip ties. The check valve is pre-assembled and sealed with fittings to prevent boost from entering the crankcase via the OEM PCV valve, ensuring one-way operation for effective crankcase venting. The catch can itself is constructed from fully welded aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish. Internally, multiple layers of perforated baffle plates and an oil scraper work to capture blow-by vapors, while a high-flowing drain valve allows for easy maintenance. This specific catch can utilizes LOCATION 1 and will NOT fit with most cold air intake systems.
