The ADD W1 Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit V3 is engineered to protect your engine by separating oil particles from the blow-by gas produced during combustion. This process prevents harmful contaminants like oil and moisture from accumulating as carbon and sludge in your intake system, intercooler, and throttle body. Constructed from lightweight 6061 Aircraft Aluminum, this catch can boasts a 150ml capacity and features ADD W1's patented TRIPLE Twister Chamber filter system. This innovative design ensures effective filtration and condensation of blow-by air, keeping the intake system remarkably clean, even under demanding driving conditions. Unlike some air-oil-separator systems that return blow-by to the oil pan, this catch can effectively removes contaminants from the engine entirely. This specific kit is designed for the Ford F-150 models equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine, for the years 2015-2016. It is compatible with both PCV and CCV systems, offering comprehensive protection. The can is serviceable, and an easy-drain NPT plug is included, with an optional remote quick drain valve available. The kit also comes with vehicle-specific mounting brackets and screws for a secure installation.
