The Scotty Inc. 281 Baitcaster Spinning Rod Holder is designed to securely hold fishing rods. It features a cushioned cradle for baitcaster reels and a front slot for spinning reels. The holder is constructed from fiber-reinforced engineering-grade nylon, offering strength and reliability.

This rod holder includes the 244 Flush Deck Mount with a sealed base for watertight applications and a splash cover. Its side-mounted flange leaves the bottom open to accommodate rod trigger grips, and pistol grip rod butts can easily clear the sides for quick retrieval. A soft latching strap secures the rod over the top. The holder is adjustable up and down with 360° horizontal rotation, making it suitable for fishing medium to small-sized fish species.
