The Baja Designs XL40 LED Headlight Kit is purpose-built for KTM SX-F, XC-F, XCF-W, and XC-W motorcycles from 2013-2016. Inspired by the XL80, it delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven illumination and is engineered for dirt bikes with lower-output OEM stators, drawing just 43.5W. Paired with the signature XL Trail Lens, it produces both vertical and horizontal beam patterns with exceptional near-field and peripheral visibility, redistributing center beam intensity to eliminate harsh hot spots. The kit comes pre-installed in a new KTM 2014–2016 headlight shell for a plug-and-play installation experience and is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and Lifetime Limited Warranty.
