The BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Folding Truck Bed Cover (MPN 1126122) features an aluminum hard folding design with a Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) surface, making it resistant to dents, scuffs, and dings, and cooler to the touch. It incorporates a tough aluminum substructure, robust hinge design, and a patented slam latch system for exceptional durability and theft resistance. The cover offers a low-profile design and UV resistance for long-term durability. Its FRP panels can withstand impacts, abrasions, and extreme temperatures, supporting up to 300 pounds of evenly distributed weight. Superior weather-proofing is provided by EPDM rubber hinges, perimeter seals, and an internal water channel with integrated drain hoses. The cover is easy to operate with release cables, allowing it to fold forward to two-thirds open or against the rear window for full cargo access. Integrated prop rods enable driving with the cover in the fully open position. Installation is a simple, no-drill process with included clamps and hardware.
