This set includes two inner rails, two outer rails, a mounting plate, spring actuators, locking levers, and shims. Clamps are sold separately. These GEN 3 rails feature high-density polymer-reinforced aluminum top panels (22% stronger than original MX4), a textured matte black finish, and allow 100% bed access. They include re-engineered automatic latching panels for improved security, prop rod clips, and rubber bumpers to protect the cab. Third brake light visibility is maintained. Installation is a one-person job, 12% quicker due to a new click-in design. Enhanced weather protection comes from re-engineered perimeter seals, tight-fit clamps, and a dual-action tailgate seal (most applications), plus an integrated water drainage system.
