The Carli Suspension Complete Ball Joint Kit is an "extreme duty" upgrade for the front suspension of compatible Ram trucks. This kit provides both upper and lower ball joints, engineered to withstand significant abuse, oversized tires, and high mileage, establishing a precedent for durable ball joints in heavy-duty Ram applications since 2007. Each ball joint begins as a piece of specially selected material, precisely machined to Carli's exclusive design. This is followed by a critical heat treatment process to achieve a specified hardness (Rockwell). The components are then sent to an aerospace lube company for the application of a proprietary dry-lube coating to a precise thickness. For ease of maintenance, each ball joint is equipped with an accessible zerk fitting, and the kit includes a tube of Redline CV2 synthetic grease. Key features of this kit (CS-DBJP) include a set of upper and lower ball joints, a LIFETIME Advanced-Replacement Warranty, and a Copper Plated, Carburized, and Dry-Lubed finish.
