Replace and upgrade your failing OE ball joints with Yukon's precision-built units, constructed from strong, high-tech materials. The Yukon Ball Joint Kit (YSPBJ-011HDK1) is designed to replace the upper and lower front ball joints on one side of your vehicle and includes all the required small parts. The housing is CNC-machined from forged SAE 1045 carbon alloy steel, and the ball stud is made from induction heat-treated, hot-forged 4140 chromoly for superior durability. These ball joints utilize military-grade acetal bearings known for their advanced anti-friction properties and dimensional stability. To protect the internal components, Yukon ball joints feature a two-stage approach with a synthetic Neoprene/CR outer boot and an inner seal/pancake boot, safeguarding against road grime, fluids, and extreme temperatures. This kit fits Dana 30, Dana 44, and GM 8.25” front differentials. It comes complete with Grade 8 hardware, castle nuts, c-clips, cotter pins, and zerk fittings.
