The Banks Power 48641-B Monster Exhaust System, with a black round tip, is designed for Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins Diesel (2003-2004) Standard Cab Long Bed (SCLB) and Crew Cab Short Bed (CCSB) configurations, no catalytic converter. It is a 4-inch exhaust system that flows up to 122% better than stock, virtually eliminating backpressure. Features include a streamlined 4-inch turbine outlet pipe, stainless, heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends, and a polished-stainless Monster muffler with a straight-through 4-inch diameter path, flowing up to 129% better than stock. An expansion chamber dissipates mid-range exhaust drone, and the Monster muffler uses spun ceramic, very-high-temperature packing. It provides an authoritative but non-intrusive exhaust sound and includes a 5-inch polished rolled-edge tip with an adjustable clamp for positioning and a 1/2-inch air gap to prevent heat tarnishing the finish.
