The 4-inch constant-diameter Monster exhaust system by Banks Power is designed to improve exhaust flow by up to 122% better than stock, virtually eliminating backpressure. It features a streamlined 4-inch turbine outlet pipe that retains the stock catalytic converter, intermediate pipe(s), and tailpipe made of stainless, heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends to maximize airflow and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The restrictive factory muffler is replaced with a polished-stainless Monster muffler with a straight-through 4-inch diameter path, flowing up to 129% better than stock. An integrated expansion chamber dissipates annoying mid-range exhaust drone. The Monster muffler uses spun ceramic, very-high-temperature packing for an authoritative yet non-intrusive exhaust sound. It comes with a 5-inch polished rolled-edge chrome tip with an adjustable clamp for positioning, available in chrome-over stainless or high temp black. It also features a 1/2 inch air gap to prevent heat from tarnishing the finish.
