It decreases charge air temperatures and increases airflow with a dense 550+ horsepower rated bar-and-plate core. This intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks and utilizes factory mounting spots, requiring no cutting, fitting, or trimming for installation.

By replacing the restrictive factory intercooler, this unit provides a dense 27 x 3.5 x 7.25-inch bar-and-plate core, increasing overall surface area by 85% and internal flow by 83% for superior thermal management. It includes all necessary hardware and requires no cutting, fitting, or trimming. Notably, no ECU calibration is required for operation, allowing for a seamless integration with your engine's existing management system. Compatibility is extensive, covering all 2018-2022 Accord 1.5T and 2.0T models. It also fits 2019-2020 Acura RDX 2.0T models with minor modification, as well as 2021+ RDX 2.0T and 2021-2025 TLX 2.0T models, though the latter two configurations require a separately purchased intercooler install kit for proper fitment. Please note that this product is 50-state legal with CARB EO D-878. Always ensure installation is performed by a qualified mechanic to maintain optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
