The Treadstone C1235 is a high-performance intercooler core from their C12 series, offering increased size and cooling capacity for demanding applications. This core features a robust bar and plate construction, known for its efficiency in heat dissipation. Available in two thickness options, 3.5 inches and 4.5 inches, both with a 12-inch height, the C1235 is designed to support significant power levels. The 3.5-inch core boasts a 1142 CFM flow rate, can efficiently cool up to 850 horsepower, and exhibits a minimal 1.5 psi pressure drop. For even greater cooling demands, the 4.5-inch core increases the flow rate to 1469 CFM, supporting up to 980 horsepower while maintaining the same 1.5 psi pressure drop. The core dimensions are listed as 12.5" X 22" X 3.5"/4.5". This intercooler core is a direct replacement or upgrade component, often utilized in custom turbocharger or supercharger systems where effective charge air cooling is critical for optimal engine performance and longevity.
