Base Air Ride Lift Kit

The Revel Performance Base kit Air Ride is a lift system designed to provide up to a 2.5-inch increase in vehicle height. This package includes adjustable aluminum Revel Links featuring rubber connectors for durability and vibration dampening. The spacers are constructed from high-density polyurethane or aluminum, depending on the product batch, ensuring longevity. Installation is designed to be straightforward, with a typical timeframe of 1-2 hours using common tools. This kit is engineered not to negatively impact the vehicle's ride quality or its payload capacity. Key compatibility notes include full functionality in 'aero' mode and the potential for clearance of 35x12.50R20 tires on factory 20-inch wheels (offset dependent). The system preserves all original air suspension functions (Aero, Entry/Exit, Normal, OR1, OR2). However, lifts exceeding 2.5 inches with Revel Links may trigger load warnings and limit higher off-road settings. For optimal performance with OR2 as the normal ride height, a wheel alignment may be necessary. The Revel Links adjust the tension in the factory air suspension; by shortening the front links and lengthening the rear, the vehicle's computer registers a lower ride height and compensates by adding an additional 2.5 inches of lift. For Rebel models or those with a factory off-road package, rear links might be optional or used for fine-tuning. This kit is specifically for the Dodge/Ram 1500 DT models from 2019-2024 and 2025-present.
