The Allstar Performance carburetor restrictor plate inserts are designed to work with Allstar Performance governor 4-hole carburetor spacers. These inserts restrict airflow and fuel to reduce power and wheel speed for maximum traction. They are manufactured from durable aluminum and come in different inside diameters to help control wheel speed.
