It features pre-drilled mounting locations (4, 6, or 8 depending on the size) for easy installation. Drilling into the vehicle's roof is required when utilizing Outback Rack Mount Kits (sold separately). The rack is constructed from durable steel with a black powder-coated finish and comes as a one-piece welded unit. It boasts a weight capacity of 400 lbs for highway use and 150 lbs for off-road use.
