Constructed with premium materials, including a distinctive glass-top finish, the Bass Module 700 offers a sophisticated aesthetic that distinguishes it from typical subwoofers. Internally, it features a powerful driver and a generously sized port enhanced with QuietPort technology. The product material is listed as Plastic and Glass. For optimal audio performance, Bose recommends placing the Bass Module 700 on the floor against the same wall as your television and soundbar, ensuring an electrical outlet is nearby. Placement closer to walls and corners will enhance bass output, while pulling it away will reduce it. This module is specifically designed to complement a range of Bose soundbars and systems, including the Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, Smart Soundbar 600, Smart Soundbar 900, Smart Soundbar 300, TV Speaker, Smart Soundbar 700, Soundbar 500, and the SoundTouch 300 Soundbar. It is not compatible with other Bose speakers like the Smart Speaker 500 or SoundTouch 10 wireless speaker.
