Description

The GROTE 82-7025-R is a red, 25-inch battery cable designed for top post battery styles. It features 4-gauge, 100% fine-stranded copper wire with PVC insulation for protection. The cable includes universal polarity top post connectors and a 4-inch, 12-gauge lead wire. Mounting brackets are also included for installation.

The construction utilizes antimonial lead connectors that resist corrosion, while the die-cast process seals the copper wires from acid fumes and corrosive salts. Tinning of the copper wire prior to casting ensures a strong bond between the wire and the connector. This battery cable meets or exceeds SAE specifications and is suitable for OEM replacement.
