VETUS battery splitters provide simultaneous charging of two battery banks from any charging source, with negligible voltage drop. This 150A model automatically distributes charging current from the alternator or battery charger to all battery banks, preventing discharge between them. Even if one battery bank is depleted, the starter battery remains unaffected. Utilizing MOSFET transistors instead of diodes, it achieves a minimal voltage drop (0.1V at 20A), ensuring optimal battery charging without the need for alternator output compensation. It includes an auxiliary connection for voltage-sensed alternators and is suitable for both 12V and 24V installations with two battery banks and one or two alternators.
