The receiver also includes a Push-to-Talk button that, via your phone's Bluetooth connection, allows easy access to your smartphone's voice assistant. Beyond basic playback, the CMR270 offers enhanced audio control with 7 preset EQ curves: Pop, Jazz, Rock, Flat, Classic, Beat, and User. This allows you to tailor the sound to your preferences or the music genre. For added convenience, the Jensen j-Link Smart Remote app lets you control the receiver from your Apple or Android smartphone via Bluetooth, enabling adjustments to mode, station, song, and volume without needing direct line-of-sight. The unit also supports a backup camera input, providing an optional layer of safety and awareness when reversing by displaying the camera feed on the 7-inch screen.
