The Wilwood 140-8230-D Front Brake Kit is a high-performance big brake kit designed for enhanced stopping power in street and track applications. It features black powder-coated Forged Narrow Superlite 6R six-piston calipers with stainless pistons and BP-10 brake pads. The kit includes 14.00-inch diameter, 1.25-inch thick SRP drilled and slotted rotors made from Spec-37 Iron with a black electro-coat finish and 72 internal CV vanes for cooling. Aluminum big brake hats with a 0.410-inch short offset and black E-coat finish are included, designed for a 5 x 4.75 bolt circle. A minimum wheel diameter of 18 inches is required, and a separate line kit (Wilwood part number 220-8176) is necessary for installation. The kit is engineered for simplified installation and is compatible with OE master cylinder output and ABS functions.
